A few customers had a need to drive the user workflow process dynamically based on readiness. E.g. at the point when all of a user’s applications have been fully tested and made ready for deployment, that user is deemed “ready”. ManagementStudio should detect this, and apply some automation steps such as move the user into the workflow step “Apps Ready” and email the deployment lead to notify them that another user is ready.
