Expert Assist

Next up in our Partner Spotlight series, is Expert Assist. We have worked with the team for many years on numerous projects and they have become a trusted partner and advocate of our solutions.

Expert Assist is a UK-based company specialising in the strategic enhancement of Microsoft 365 solutions. With a focus on building internal capabilities, Expert Assist offers a comprehensive approach to digital transformation from high level architecture design down to detailed standard operating procedures. Their services include mentoring staff, developing in-house expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. From the early years of AppTracker, Expert Assist has worked with ManagementStudio solutions to deliver tailored offerings across various sectors, including; Corporate Travel, Retail, Higher Education and Transport.

Expert Assist has successfully managed multiple projects, including OS Migrations from Windows XP through to Windows 11 across multiple countries and languages. Their application lifecycle management and application estate rationalisation projects have helped take organisations with tens of thousands of apps, down to hundreds! Refresh programs for laptops and desktops have been aligned with OS migrations utilising ManagementStudio for thousands of users with personalised comms. Mobile device and peripheral refresh programs have also been managed across hundreds of sites with the aid of ManagementStudio.

ManagementStudio has always been an excellent solution for bringing everything together under one roof, from a variety of internal sources like SCCM, AD and Intune, it enables project teams to actively manage and monitor people, processes and technology with everyone working from a “single point of truth”. The advanced communication capabilities of the platform have also allowed Expert Assist to craft unique comms for their clients, automated on a per user basis to help engage end users by providing just the information needed by the end user, including the relevant steps they may need to take to complete their migrations, such as MFA registration.

Through strategic partnership with ManagementStudio, Expert Assist continues to drive innovation and excellence across diverse industries, ensuring that their clients stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
