PARTNER SPOTLIGHT

Algiz Technology

Here at ManagementStudio, a big part of our sales process is via our value-add channel partners. In an effort to throw the spotlight on them, and say a big thank you for continuing to work with us, we are publishing a series of blog articles that will focus on each of them. To kick things off, we are starting with a long-term partner of ours, Algiz, headed by the inimitable Tariq Mahmood. Our partnership with Algiz started many years ago when our main product was called AppTracker. Back in those days we were more focused on application lifecycle management and this was very inline with the services that Algiz was offering. Happily, since then, both ours and Algiz’s offerings have expanded and we continue with a very strong partnership, serving our joint customers with best-of-breed solutions.

ManagementStudio continues to innovate our Transformation-as-a-Process solutions. Manifesting from AppTracker, to MigrationStudio, to today’s ManagementStudio, deployed by many of the FTSE 100 organisations. This evolution has recognised the rise in Windows OS migrations and helped to mitigate some of the many complexities surrounding such migrations. W10 to W11 is the latest in Windows OS migrations and, as such, companies’ desire to keep control of their IT estates and avoid these ‘big bang’ migrations. Enter ManagementStudio, and the concept of Transformation-as-a-Process becoming part and parcel of BAU processes by building methodical change into the IT transformation landscape. User engagement is at the heart of everything we do, so user communications can now be automated bliss, meaning transformation programmes are much smoother and typically shorter.

Algiz has been working alongside us through these changes and their service offerings have expanded much in the same way as ours. Algiz helps organisations better manage their application estate, so organisations spend less money on applications either not used or needed and gets the required applications to users faster!

From large-scale OS migrations to global desktop virtualisation projects, Algiz’s experts translate enterprises’ diverse business requirements into tailored IT solutions, from concept to frictionless rollout. New technology and ways of managing applications can be daunting, but Algiz works only with products proven to significantly impact an enterprise and its users.

ManagementStudio recently created a channel partner program to enable our partners to utilise our Engagement Assessment Programme to provide insights into customers’ estates to aid their strategic decisions and planning using their own data. We have worked on many, many projects together with Algiz in banking, local authorities, legal, and healthcare. Many of these projects have been accelerated by this initial Engage assessment. We look forward to continuing our partnership to ensure our customers get the most value out of their IT estate.
